In the transaction used, you can only create maintenance plans without
reference to an outline agreement item.
If you want to create a maintenance plan <LS>without</> reference to an
outline agreement item, use a suitable maintenance plan category.
If you want to create a maintenance plan <LS>with</> reference to an
outline agreement item, use the corresponding transaction.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
