Message type: E = Error
Message class: IL - PM: ILOM - Functional Locations
Message number: 205
Message text: &1 location labels could not be converted
You have used a copy reference for <GL:functional_location>functional
locations</> or <GL:reference_functional_location>reference functional
locations</> to create a new location structure, or you have renamed
directly a location structure in the entry list.
The former location label could not be converted into the new one in
&V1& case(s).
The first location label that could not be converted was &V2&.
The locations concerned were not copied or renamed.
Check your labeling system, taking into consideration the procedure
used in the system. This is illustrated by the example of copying a
location structure:
If the same structure indicator is used in both the old and the new
location structures, and if the labels of both the uppermost locations
are of the same length, the former location label is simply exchanged
as a generic naming element for the label of the new uppermost
location.
Otherwise, after the former generic naming element has been removed,
the remaining characters are added in block form at the end of the new
generic naming element. In this way, the same copy reference can be
used at different levels in the new location structure. However, it may
be necessary to adapt changed block lengths in the <DS:DE.EDITM>edit
mask</> of the new structure indicator:
Lengthening blocks
If the block contains purely numbers, and only numbers are authorized
in the block concerned in the new edit mask, then the number is copied
with right alignment and the left side of the block is filled with
leading zeros. Otherwise the digits are copied with left alignment.
Shortening blocks
If the block contains purely numbers and enough leading zeros, then
these are removed if required. If the block does not just contain
numbers, the leading blank spaces are removed. If the content of a
block can not be sufficiently shortened by the system, the location
label cannot be converted.
