    <DS:DE.ICL_POLPROD>policy product</>. The
    validity end of the policy product version tested is after the
    validity end of all active versions of the assigned internal claim
    type.

    When you enter a corresponding <DS:DE.ICL_LOSSDATE>date</> in claims
    processing,
    the system is unable to
    find a valid version of internal claim type &V1&.

    How to fix this error?

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Change the validity end of the policy product or the internal claim
    type. The validity period of the internal claim type must be the same
    as or greater than that of the policy product.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
