This error typically arises when the system is unable to find a defined screen sequence for the specified parameters.

    Cause:

The error is caused by the absence of a defined screen sequence for the combination of:

This means that when the system tries to process a claim or transaction related to these parameters, it cannot find the necessary configuration to display the appropriate screens.

    Solution:

To resolve this error, you need to define a screen sequence for the specified combination of parameters. Here are the steps to do this:

    1. Access Customizing Settings:

      • Go to the SAP Easy Access screen.
      • Navigate to the customizing settings for Insurance Claims Management. This is usually found under:
SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Insurance -> Claims Management -> Define Screen Sequences
    2. Define Screen Sequence:

      • In the screen sequence configuration, check if there is an existing entry for the combination of the specified Processing Mode, User Group, and Damage Category.
      • If there is no entry, create a new screen sequence by specifying the required parameters.
      • Ensure that you assign the correct screens to the sequence that should be displayed for the claims processing.
    3. Save Changes:

      • After defining the screen sequence, save your changes and exit the customizing settings.
    4. Test the Configuration:

      • Go back to the transaction or process that was generating the error and test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    Related Information:

    Additional Tips:

    • Ensure that you have the necessary authorization to make changes in the customizing settings.
    • If you are unsure about the correct screen sequence to define, consult with your SAP functional consultant or refer to the documentation specific to your organization's implementation of SAP ICM.
