    You entered a benefit type for which there are inconsistent settings in
    Customizing.
    The settings for benefit type &v1& in Customizing are such that it can
    only be used for a <DS:DE.ICL_COVTYPE>coverage type</> in other words
    the <ZK>Cross-Coverage Type</> flag is <ZH>not</> set. However, the
    settings for benefit type tree &v2& in Customizing are such that it can
    be used across coverage types, in other words the <ZK>For Coverage Type
    </> flag is <ZH>not</> set.
    This is not permitted.

    System Response

    The system cancels the current operation.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    Make the following checks in Customizing:
    In IMG activity <DS:SIMG._ICL_TICL055.6BFF26453A56> Define Benefit Types
    </> check that the <ZK>Cross-Coverage Type</> flag is <ZH>not</> set for
    benefit type &v1&.
    In IMG activity <DS:SIMG._ICL_TICL160.6BFF26453A56> Configure Benefit
    Type Trees</> check that the <ZK>For Coverage Type </> flag is <ZH>not
    </> set for benefit type tree &v2&.
    Ensure that both indicators are set consistently (as described above
    under <ZH>Diagnosis</>).
    In IMG activity <DS:SIMG._IGN_VC_TICL320.6BFF26453A56>Configure Policy
    Products</> or in IMG activity <DS:SIMG._ICL_TICL056.6BFF26453A56>
    Configure Internal Claim Types</> check whether the benefit type tree is
    defined as being cross-coverage type, in other words no particular
    coverage type is specified.
    Perform the check functions for both the benefit type tree and the
    policy product and/or internal claim type. To do so, choose the
    following menu path in the relevant IMG activity <ZK>Benefit Type Tree
    </> or <ZK>Policy Product</> (or <ZK>Internal Claim Type)</> ->
    <ZK>Check</>. Check the result for errors.
    If the above checks do not yield any errors, send a customer error
    message to SAP.
