How to fix this error?

To enter additional data, select an entry (employee name or personnel
number) and choose <ZH>Enter more data</> from the <ZH>Employee</>
menu. Then set the <DS:DE.RSM_STATUS2>processing status </> to
<ZH>Hiring complete</> (status displayed: green traffic light).
