- Fields 'A+B_Appointment' and &1 &2 &3 &4 can't be filled at the same time ?The SAP error message HRPSGB_HER133 indicates that there is a conflict in the data being processed, specifically regarding the fields 'A+B_Appointment' and the fields represented by placeholders &1, &2, &3, and &4. This error typically arises in the context of HR (Human Resources) modules, particularly when dealing with appointment or personnel data.
Cause:
The error occurs when the system detects that both the 'A+B_Appointment' field and the specified fields (&1, &2, &3, &4) are being filled simultaneously, which is not allowed. This can happen due to:
- Data Entry Error: Users may inadvertently fill in conflicting fields when creating or updating records.
- Custom Logic: Custom enhancements or modifications in the SAP system may lead to unexpected behavior where both sets of fields are populated.
- Configuration Issues: Incorrect configuration in the HR module may lead to this conflict.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can take the following steps:
Review Data Entry: Check the data being entered for the appointment. Ensure that you are not filling both 'A+B_Appointment' and the other specified fields at the same time. Only one set of fields should be populated based on the business logic.
Check Custom Code: If there are any custom enhancements or user exits that manipulate these fields, review the code to ensure that it does not allow both sets of fields to be filled simultaneously.
Consult Documentation: Refer to the SAP documentation or help files related to the specific transaction or process you are working with. This may provide insights into the expected behavior and constraints.
Configuration Review: If you have access to the configuration settings, review the settings related to appointments in the HR module to ensure they are set up correctly.
Testing: After making any changes, conduct thorough testing to ensure that the error no longer occurs and that the system behaves as expected.
Seek Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your SAP support team or consulting with SAP experts who can provide more tailored assistance based on your specific system configuration and usage.
