The Absence Subtype Category you have entered does not exist in
Standard Customising for Absence Subtype Categories.
The Absence Subtype Category does not exist and so cannot be used.
Check that the Absence Subtype Category you entered is the correct one
and that it exists in Standard Customising for Absence Subtype
Categories (T5A4P). If it does not exist, then create it.
However, make sure the Absence Subtype Category created is correct. The
first character of the Absence Subtype Category is used exclusively for
SMP and SSP processing (i.e. 'S' for SSP'able, 'M' for SMP'able and '.'
for neither).
The second character of the Absence Subtype Category is used
exclusively for Occupational or Company Absence Evaluation Schemes (OSP
or OMP). The various absences can be grouped using the second letter.
(i.e. 'I' for Industrial Injuries, 'S' for Sickness and 'M' for
Maternity)
The Absence Subtype Categories that are delivered as standard are as
follows;
.S Occupational Sickness Only
.I Occupational Industrial Injury Only
.M Occupational Maternity Only
SS SSP & Occupational Sickness
SI SSP & Occupational Industrial Injury
MM SMP & Occupational Maternity
S. SSP Only
M. SMP Only
