    For the personnel area/personnel subare which you have enetred on the
    selection screen of the report, the LEA number is not specified neither
    in table T5GPBS_ALL (grouping TPS, key LEA), nor in feature 08TLN, or
    the number is not unique.

    The processing is terminated.

    How to fix this error?

    Please complete the relevant customising, or change the selection
    criteria on the selection screen in such a way that the combination of
    personnel area/personnel subarea belong to the same LEA / Area Code.
