Message text: No periodic job definition of report &1 for synchronizing account data
No periodic background job has been defined for report <LB>&V1&</>. The
student account data will not be updated to reflect the student master
data change in future date.
HR infotype has valid period concept, therefore data in different
periods may be different. You have to update student account data on
time, so that it does not contain the obsolete information.
When you create infotypes in the student administration stage, all the
changes will be recorded in table <LB>CMACBPSTCHG</>,
This report runs periodically. First the report searches in the table
<LB>CMACBPSTCHG</> to find all students that are necessary to perform
synchronization. Then it accesses the data from HR infotypes and updates
the student account data.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Define the periodical background job using transaction code <LB>SM36
</>.
