generates this warning in the event that a requirement to this effect
exists in your organization.
If your organization permits an employee to receive leave donations from
their colleague(s), even when the absence quota of the employee is not
empty, then continue processing the donation.
If your organization requires that an employee's absence quota be empty
before that employee may receive leave donations from their
colleague(s), then cancel processing the donation.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
