start time and the end time of the pool is maintained via
V_T5UPBSPOOLA.
While making donations/withdrawals, record is inserted but system does
not update pool hours.
If the error happens while making doantions/wirdrawals, pool hours need
to be adjusted by the user manually.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
