widow/widower results in a value different from the value you entered.
&V1& % was determined as the default value.
In accordance with sec. 39 para. 1 BeamtVG, the percentage rate is 60%
when the pension holder dies as the result of a work accident. Otherwise
the rate is 55%. (Sec.20 para.1 BeamtVG)
The percentage rate in accordance with the transitional rule from sec.
69e para. 5 sentence 2 BeamtVG in conjunction with sec. 20 para. 1
BeamtVG (old version) deviates from this and is 60% if the marriage date
is before January 1, 2002 and at least one spouse or registered partner
was born before January 2, 1962. This also applies to surviving
dependents of a pension recipient who drew a pension before January 1,
2002 (sec. 69e para. 5 sentence 4 BeamtVG).
The following conditions must have applied:
The pension holder died as the result of a work accident [&V2&]
Marriage took place before January 1, 2002 and at least one spouse or
registered partner was born before January 2, 1962 [&V3&]
The surviving dependent is a dependent of a pension recipient who drew a
pension before January 1, 2002 [&V4&]
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
