therefore the value in the absence days field may not exceed 999.99.
If an employee is absent for more than 999.99 calendar days, you can
divide the total number of absence days between two or more records.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
An employee is on unpaid leave for three years. Create two absence
records as follows:
1st record : two years = 730 calendar days
2nd record : one year = 365 calendar days
