  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The wage return consistency check has identified an inconsistency
between the legal person (identified as an own-risk bearer) and the
insurances for which they bear this risk. Specifically, the legal
person has been identified as an own-risk bearer for sickness and
recovery reporting purposes, however, the insurances for which they bear
this risk have not been specified.
If a legal person is an own-risk bearer, their status is indicated for
    the following purposes:
    Sickness and recovery
A general reference to the own-risk bearer status is required. This is
controlled via the <ZK>Own Risk Bearer for the WGA and/or WAO</>
    (V_5N14_E) view.
    Wage return
Specific references to the insurances for which the own-risk bearer
bears risk are required. This is controlled by excluding indicators from
the wage return via the <ZK>Exclude Indicator</> (V_P05T_UITS_KENT)
    view.

    System Response

This message does not prevent sickness and recovery reporting, or wage
    return reporting processes.
In many cases, wage returns containing this error will not be rejected
by the tax authority (Belastingdienst). However, the error does result
    in incorrect tax authority payments.

    How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing settings for the legal person and ensure that the
settings are valid. If a legal person is an own-risk bearer for the
purposes of sickness and recovery reporting, they usually also require
    insurances to be excluded.

    Procedure for System Administrators

For more information regarding own-risk bearers and insurances, see the
    following Customizing activities:
    <DS:SIMG.PAY_NL_B2A_LA_435>Exclude Indicator</>
<DS:SIMG.HRNL_ILL_020>Establish for Each Legal Person Whether
    Self-Insurer</>
