  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The start date &V2& of the contract &V1& of the employee (infotype 0016
    - Contract Elements, INBEG field of infotype view 3316) is prior to the
record start date of the infotype 0016 and the hiring date of the
    infotype 0000 - Actions &V3&.
This situation may occur if the initial hiring date was corrected at a
later date. If the transaction PA40 was used to make this change, the
contract start date (P3316-INBEG) is not necessarily modified
automatically, unlike the validity dates of the infotype 0016. In this
case, the user must explicitly change the contract start date, if
    applicable.
