  • What causes this issue?

The health insurance fund confirmation ends a period for which no data
    has been reported.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Before the health insurance fund provides an end notification for the
period &V1& - &V2&, it must have provided a start notification with data
for &V1&. However, this start notification is not in the system.

    System Response

The system cannot process the health insurance fund confirmation
    automatically.

    How to fix this error?

Clarify with the health insurance fund why a period for which there is
no start notification has been deregistered.
If the start notification is sent, you can then start the report
<ZH>Process DEUEV Inbound Notifications </>(RPCDRVD0) again to process
both health insurance fund confirmations (start and end notification)
    automatically.
Otherwise, make the change requested by the health insurance fund in the
master data manually and set the status of the health insurance fund
    notification to <LS>Processed Manually</>.
