    marks
    The street name does not have at least two letters or one capital letter
    The following characters are permitted as the first character: Letters,

    If the name of the street starts with a number (or sequence of numbers),
    the next character has to be a letter, a period, a space, or a hyphen
    In front of a sequence of number (except at the start), you need a
    letter, a space, or a period.
    There has to be a letter or number before a period
    The following are permitted as the last character: Numbers, letters,
    periods, closing brackets, quotation marks, inverted commas, or hyphens
