    Printer &v1& was entered for printing the A1 statement.
    However, this printer has not been set up for printing external PDF
    forms using the SAP spool.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter a printer that has been set up for printing external PDF forms
    using the SAP spool.
    You can use the search help in field "Output Device" to find these kinds
    of printers. Select devices with device type PDF1 or PDFUC.
    A spool list can be generated using these printers. If the printing
    function still does not work, the printer has either been set up with
    the incorrect access method or the printer server has not been
    configured for printing external PDF forms.
