contributions for employees that are encoded in the infotype Social
Insurance (0013) with the HI fund key &v3& and the branch office &v4&
are not included in the statement of contributions paid.

How to fix this error?

You can use table T5D1L to group HI funds for the deduction of
contribution amount. Group the HI funds such that only one HI fund key
is used for the deduction of contribution amount.
