the tax calculation must only be 0.
The notification is created with the status <ZK>With Errors</>.
Correct the factor in the infotype "Basic Pay" (0008) and run payroll
for the employee again before you create the notification.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
