The health insurance fund sent a cancellation. To cancel a notification,
the original notification must be found in the system. The original
notification contains the information as to which changes were made to
the master data based on this notification. These changes now have to be
reversed as a result of the cancellation. However, the system could not
find a suitable original notification.
The cancellation is set to the status <zh>To Be Checked</>.
Undo the changes to the master data and then set the status of the
notification to <zh>Processed Manually</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
