Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRPAYDEPBSZV - PS: Notification Program - Supplementary Pension Institutes
Message number: 116
Message text: Table T5DPBSZVPZ &1 has an error in BAT-I excess remuneration for &2
For old cases in supplementary pensions, section 39, paragraph 2 ATV and
section 38 ATV-K stipulate that an additional contribution amount or
contribution of 9% is payable on the proportion of the remuneration
liable to SP contributions that exceeds BAT-I.
You are to pay either both or neither of these, which indicates
inconsistencies in Customizing.
Depending on whether an additional contribution amount or additional
contribution is to be paid, the system determines whether the
ring-fencing of the SPI is financed from contribution amounts or capital
coverage contributions. The compulsory contributions that are calculated
using the contract model of the AVmG (see table T5DPBSZVPZ) are reported
differently depending on the type of financing. In one case these are
reported using insurance feature 20, and in the event of exclusive
capital coverage they are reported using insurance feature 15.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Either store 9% as an additional contribution amount or, in the event of
additional contributions, store an appropriate AVmG contract model in
table T5DPBSZVPZ.
