  • What causes this issue?

    The entire procedure note from the clearing house is as follows:
    <LS>552020203 New registration not possible - employee is already
    registered </>
    This is a rejection at employee level.
    A new registration is not possible since the employment relationship is
    already registered for the employee with the same employer tax number.
    The procedure note (PN) can occur in the following situations:
    An employee is deregistered and then registered again, for example,
    deregistration on 05/15 and registered on 05/17 and the data deliveries
    are sent at the same time. The order in which the data deliveries are
    processed at the clearing house is random.
    If the registration is processed before the deregistration, the
    registration is rejected with the PN 552020203.

    System Response

    The <LS>Fiscal Data D</> infotype (0012) is not updated.

    How to fix this error?

    If the registration does not have a previous deregistration, check the
    situation.
    If the problem is the order of processing described, wait until you have
    received confirmation of the deregistration. You can then create a new
    registration.
    To do so, in the <LS>Fiscal Data D</> infotype (0012), select the <PF>
    Force Registration</> checkbox.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
