What causes this issue?

An ELStAM notification has the valid-from date &V2&. As of this key
date, all subsequent <LS>Fiscal Data D</> (0012) infotype records are
updated, provided that the tax deduction features in the infotype
records have not changed.
Due to different tax deduction features, the subsequent infotype records
are not updated as of &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

<ZH>Note about German Law to Strengthen Company Pensions:</>
If the starting date of the infotype records is after January 1, 2018,
you have to check if the <DS:DE.P01_TX_L2016>ER Suppl. Benefits 2016</>
field has to be manually deleted from the infotype records.
