  • What causes this issue?

If a processing data ticket has already been indicated as processed
through earlier processing of a change list and the new change list has
the procedural note 999999999 "Technical Error During Data Preparation"
at the level of the employer, the error message is issued.

    System Response

The following constellation causes this error message:
You send a notification to the clearing house. A technical error occurs
at the clearing house when the data is being prepared. The clearing
house provides a change list for retrieval containing PN 999999999 for
the transfer ticket affected. Before you collect the answer from the
clearing house, the clearing house provides another change list with the
    valid ELStAM data.
When you retrieve the change lists, import the change list with the
valid ELStAM data first. If you try to import the change list that
contains the PN 999999999, an error message is issued.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The process has been successfully completed and all ELStAM data has been
imported correctly. The change lists and the outbound notification are
given the status/substatus OK/Complete in the B2A Manager
    (H99_B2AMANAGER).
