    The are notifications for the employee in quarantine. To to avoid
    inconsistencies, the current notifications are not saved.
    Examples
    A deregistration and a registration as main employer are generated. The
    deregistration is sent to the clearing house and processed, the
    subsequent registration is placed in quarantine. As a result of the
    clearing house's response to the deregistration, the tax class 6 is set
    in the <LS>Fiscal Data D</> infotype (0012).
    The next time the report <LS>ELStAM: Create Registrations and
    Deregistrations</> (RPCE2VD0_OUT) is run, the registration as the main
    employer will be replaced with a registration as a secondary employer.
    Therefore, saving registrations and deregistrations would lead to
    incorrect notifications.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
