    The employee number is incorrect. The employee number can contain digits
    only and must be 13 places long. You receive the correct employee number
    from the social fund.

    System Response

    The employee cannot be included in payroll accounting, data medium
    exchange with the pension fund, and so on.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter a full, valid employee number.
    If you have already requested a payroll card for a new employee but have
    not received it yet, you can use a temporary employee number. The
    structure of the temporary employee number is defined as follows:
    YYMMDD00NNN99
    YY Year of birth
    MM Month of birth
    DD Day of birth
    00 The digit "0" twice
    NNN sequence number (001-999)
    99 The digit "9" twice

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    In exceptional cases, an employee number assigned by the social fund may
    be displayed as being incorrect during the check. This may be caused by
    a change to a date of birth or a last name. In these cases, you can
    exempt the employee number from the check using field "No Check EE-No."
