Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRPAYDE_KGID - Message Class for ID No. Control Procedure Child Allowance
Message number: 013
Message text: Child &1 (ID No.: &2): Notification cancellation required not permitted.
The comparison of master data and the inventory of the notification on
the database for child &V1& with tax ID no. &V2& meant that an existing
notification had to be reversed. However this notification is not the
last one that was processed by the German Federal Central Tax Office
(BZSt). According to the guidelines of the ID No. Control Procedure,
this notification may not be reversed.
The last notification processed by the BZSt was sent under personnel
number &V3&.
The processing of the child is terminated. No new notifications are
created.
If you would like to report changes for the period to be reversed, you
can request a period repayment from the BZSt.
As soon as the BZSt has repaid the relevant notification, you can mark
this as being manually repaid in the <DS:RE.RPCKGLD0>Administrator List
</> (<LS>RPCKGLD0</>). You can then create the necessary notifications
by running the notification generator <DS:RE.RPCKGVD0>Meldungserstellers
</> (<LS>RPCKGVD0</>) again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
