  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system cannot determine all the application information for the wage
notification (XML-Tag <(><<)>UserAgent>) and in particular the
    certificate number (XML-Tag <(><<)>Certificate>).
The certificate number is dependent on the requested ELM version and the
product or wage program used to create the wage notification. The
corresponding certificate is issued following successful ELM
certification by swissdec for the respective combination of product and
    ELM version.
This error message usually occurs because the product used is not
certified for the requested ELM version and a corresponding certificate
    number does not therefore exist.
The internal version number of the requested ELM version is &v1& .

    System Response

The system cannot create a complete and correct ELM wage notification or
ELM status query or ELM result query without a certificate number, and
terminates creation of the corresponding XML file.
If this occurs during the sending process, then the wage notification
and status or result query will not be sent either.
An XML file that may be displayed in the log is incomplete and
incorrect, and not suitable for productive use.

    How to fix this error?

    If you use ERP:
Check whether the ELM version selected by the data extractor on the
selection screen is correct. ELM versions 2.2 (internal version number
0001) and 4.0 (internal version number 0002) are currently certified. If
you still receive this message even though you use ERP with a certified
ELM version, please contact SAP Support.
If you use ECPay or Employee Central:
Employee Central or ECPay is currently not certified for any ELM
version. Productive use of ELM or even a test report is therefore c
    urrently not possible.

    Procedure for System Administrators
