(<DS:RE.HBRTRSF0>HBRTRSF0</>), the field <LS>9</> in the record type
<LS>2</> of AFDT file was not filled in with one of the possible values:
O (when the electronic register is original)
I (when the schedule is included)
P (when there is a pre-selection of the wait period)
