    To carry out this action you do not have authorization to access
    cluster PCL2. This either concerns cluster CU (Directory of Payroll
    Results) or the cluster that is used in your employee's country to
    store payroll results (for example, RU for USA, RK for Canada).

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    &WHAT_TO_DO& Contact your system administrator regarding the missing
    characteristic of the authorization object P_PCLX. The characteristic
    AUTHC = 'U', RELID = 'CU' and the corresponding country cluster should
    be entered.
