The report enters the department of the first selected employee on the
output form.
Select only one department using the <ZK>Org. Selection</> pushbutton.
If you select more than one department, or if the employees you select
are not directly assigned to the main department for which you run the
report, but you want the main department to appear on the output form,
save the required department name in a report variant as follows:
Choose <ZK>Additional Form Adjustment.</>
Enter field name SPOD and the name of the department that you want to
appear on the output form.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
