How to fix this error?

1. Run transaction pp01, select relevant Legal Entity (object type OR)
and in Menu "Settings" select "Country-Specific Infotypes" with option
"All country-specific infotype". Then in the infotype 1655 "Legal
Properties (Russia)" set mark "Public Sector Organization"
2. Run transaction pe03 and edit feature "33PBS".
