    You can only perform your appraisal after all mandatory part appraisers

    If necessary, system administration can unlock the appraisal document by
    deleting the <ZK>Mandatory Part Appraisal</> indicator or by changing
    the header data of the appraisal document.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
