Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRGB_GBSXP - Message for GBSXP
Message number: 074
Message text: DTO wage type &1 not stored in IT0015 for first live payroll (&2 - &3)
The offsetting solution in the payroll function
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECIFUNC_GBSXPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>GBSXP</> must read
data on the value of full pay and occupational pay an employee receives
in the SAP/SPP/SMP (SxP) week that overlaps your payroll go live date
(as defined in feature
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECI549B_GBPGLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>GBPGL</>). The SxP
week in question is given in the date range contained in the short text
of this message.
This payroll data must be stored in an employee's infotype
<ZK>Additional Payments </>(0015) record. This data is at present
missing from the relevant IT 0015 record.
<ZU>Note</>: Payroll function GBSXP cannot read this data from the
previous payroll result, as the previous payroll result will only
consist of the Year-to-Date data load period, and not an actual payroll
result that has been created by your normal payroll schema.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The expected payroll data (expected wage type data) does not exist in
infotype <ZK>Additional Payments </>(0015) for the SxP week dates
specified in the short text of this message.
The employee is therefore rejected by the payroll/data conversion
program.
Six new DTO wage types have been created to provide the necessary full
pay and occupational pay data required by payroll function GBSXP:
<ZH>TOFG</> Data Take On: Full Pay Adoption
<ZH>TOFM</> Data Take On: Full Pay Maternity
<ZH>TOFP</> Data Take On: Full Pay Paternity
<ZH>TOOG</> Data Take On: Occupational Pay Adoption
<ZH>TOOM</> Data Take On: Occupational Pay Maternity
<ZH>TOOP</> Data Take On: Occupational Pay Paternity
Add the relevant wage type from the above list into the employee's
infotype 0015 record, together with the correct weekly amount for this
employee.
