yourself) that is still enroled in the GB FlexBens system, where the
rules of the plan state that the master plan cannot exist without the
secondary plan also being enroled.
Processing of your termination request has been stopped.
For Case 1 above:
Firstly stop participation in the linked secondary insurance plan and
then proceed to stop participation in your master plan.
For Case 2 above:
To stop participation in the secondary insurance plan, you must firstly
stop your participation in the linked master plan.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
