You are trying to perform a transfer or carryover of budget in Funds
Management using a grant object. This grant contains at least one
sponsored class where the <DS:DE.GM_VALIDATE_FMBA>Validate Allowed
Budget and Posting objects</> flag is set. When this is the case, the
system checks that the commitment item used in the budget transaction is

is given by including the commitment item in the commitment item group
which you specify in the master data of the sponsored class.
Budget transaction cannot continue.
Enter a new commitment item that is valid. Include the commitment item
in the commitment item group defined in the sponsored class master
record.
