    exist, or does not match characteristic &V3&.

    How to fix this error?

    Change the library in transaction <DS:TRAN.GR22>GR22</> and enter an
    existing default set.
    If this error occurs when you import a transport request, check the
    library in the source system of the transport.
    If the default set exists there and matches characteristic &V3&,
    correct the error by transporting the library with its dependent
    objects.
    If the default set does not exist there, change the library in the
    source system of the transport and run another transport.
