    The message can have two causes:
    You attempted to change the expiry date or the priority of a partial
    extract. The additional selection criteria you entered resulted in the
    selection of partial extracts. These cannot be changed, as only whole
    extracts can be changed.
    You do not have the authorization to change one, or several, of the
    selected extracts.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
