    How to fix this error?

    Use <DS:TRAN.GM_GRANT_TYPE>Grant Type maintenance</> to maintain the
    number range . If the number range does not exist , maintain the
    <DS:TRAN.SNUM>number range object</> using object 'GRANT'.
