    screen.

    Check the <DS:TRAN.SNUM>number range</> to see if it is external. Check
    <DS:TRAN.SNUM>grant type</> to make sure that the external number range
    is in the external number range field.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
