  • What causes this issue?

    Internal number assignment has been requested by leaving the grant
    number blank and internal number assignment is allowed by the grant
    type. However, the grant type is configured without a number range;
    therefore, no grant number can be automatically assigned.

    System Response

    The grant cannot be created.

    How to fix this error?

    Go to grant type maintenance and ensure that, if the number assignment
    is <ZK>Internal Only</>, or <ZK>Internal or External</>, a valid number
    range is provided.

    Table GMGRTYPE, field INTERNALRANGE should contain a valid internal
    number range.
