What causes this issue?

You want to execute a rollup to ledger &v1&. This ledger, however, is
not just a rollup ledger, you can also post to it.
This can lead to data inconsistencies, if for example, the rollup
overwrites the data previously posted to the ledger.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the configuration settings of ledger &v1& to see if the ledger
should be directly posted to and if it should be updated with rollup
data.
If this is not the case, remove one of the two indicators if necessary.
If the ledger is directly posted to and is also updated with rollup
data, make sure that the data which was previously posted to the ledger
is not overwritten by the rollup data.
