    An invalid value was transmitted for Product/Service ID.
    Product/Service ID:
    Identifying number for a product or service
    Required by Joint Interest Billing Exchange.
    <ZH>810 Invoice:</>
    IT101/IT107
    Service Code. This is a 2 character field
    IT109
    Identifies whether the corresponding Operating Expense Statement was
    sent electronically via the clearing house or on paper.
    E = Electronically
    P = Paper
    <ZH>819 Operating Statement:</>
    JIBE Class. This is a 3 character field
    For the United States only the first character of JIBE Class
    will be used.
    JIBE Subclass A. this is a 5 character field

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    A) Correct the 810`s Service Code or the 819`s JIBE Class and JIBE
    Subclass A mapping.
    Reprocess the IDOC.
    OR
    B) A new transmission is required to correct this problem.
