    What causes this issue?

You are trying to access the image of document &V1& with ID &V2&.
However, the system was unable to determine an image for the document.
The image has either not been created or was deleted by another process
    after it had been created.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the DMS is to display the image, you have to add the document and its
    image again.
If the origin of the document is <LS>001</> or <LS>002</>, the document
originates from a correspondence container and you can add this
    correspondence again as follows:
Copy the value of the <LS>Table Key</> field with the technical name
    <LS>TABKEY</> of the document.
The first four characters of the copied value represent the category of
the original correspondence, the remaining characters form the key of
    the correspondence.
Start the <LS>Correspondence History</> transaction (CORRHIST) and check
whether there are images in the correspondence archive of the
    correspondence.
If there are no images, issue the correspondence again in output mode
    <LS>File Only</> or <LS>Print and File</>.
Once you have issued it successfully, start the <LS>Add Documents</>
transaction (FKKDMS1) and add the correspondence again.
