What causes this issue?

Due to the linking of multiple trips on the same day, the changes to the
current trip effect changes in the meals settlement of existing, already
approved trips on the same calendar day.

System Response

The system resets the status of the affected, already approved trips to
"Trip Completed? if the reimbursement amount has increased. If the
reimbursement amount is reduced, the trips remain approved.

How to fix this error?

The trips in question must be approved again.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
