    You have specified budget-carrying cost center &V1& for cost center &V1&
    . However, you haven't specified the <LS>Budget Availability Control
    Profile</>.
    A budget availability control profile is necessary for both budget
    availability control and budget reporting. Therefore, without a profile,
    cost center &V1& isn't considered in the cost center budget report, nor
    in budget availability control.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can either specify a <LS>Budget Availability Control Profile</> or
    you can remove the budget-carrying cost center.
    Note: You can only specify a budget availability control profile for
    cost centers, which are also budget-carrying cost centers.
