What causes this issue?

You have selected both a SAPscript form (&V1&<(>&<)>V1<(>&<)>) and a
PDF-based print form (&V2&<(>&<)>V2<(>&<)>) to print out your form.
However, you can only use the form for which the corresponding interface
(SAPscript or PDF-based) is defined in the associated print program &V3&
<(>&<)>V3<(>&<)> for the printout.
