Message type: E = Error
Message class: EBR - Message Class for Batch Records
Message number: 504
Message text: Inspection lot &1 does not have status "&2" (&3)
For you to be able to archive or approve a batch record, all
corresponding inspection lots must have been assigned the following
statuses:
<LS>BRRQ (Batch record required)</>
<LS>ICCO (Inspection close completed)</>
<LS>LOLK (Lot locked for batch record)</>
Incoming inspection lots must also have the additional status <LS>UD
(Usage decision made)</>.
At least one of these statuses is, however, missing in inspection lot
&V1& for the batch you have selected. For this reason, the system does
not carry out the function.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Depending on what caused the error, initiate one of the following steps:
Carry out the <LS>Complete inspection</> function in the usage decision
for inspection lot &V1&.
Lock the lot for the batch record in the usage decision for inspection
lot &V1&.
Make the usage decision for the inspection lot &V1&.
In future, use an order type for which the <LS>Batch record required</>
indicator has been set in Customizing. The system then sets the <LS>BRRQ
(Batch record required)</> status in the order and the corresponding
inspection lot when you release the order.
You cannot correct this setting for inspection lot &V1& anymore.
